Exceptional promotional campaign

The extensive media campaign is targeted towards more than 1.5 million Romanian students, teachers and professors. Building on the widespread interest of mass-media in publicizing the previous editions of RIUF and the massive  advertising campaign in high schools, universities and on social networking websites the promotional efforts will both advertise the fair and present general information about study abroad programs.

Impressive number of visitors

More than 60.000 people visited the 6 editions of RIUF so far and more than 30.000 individuals have yearly browsed the website of the event. For the NEW Fall RIUF 2010 edition, the organizers are expecting over 12.000 visitors. Remarkable recruitment potential and financial support

Romania very often ranks first among Central and East European countries in the number of students it sends to top American universities. Currently, there are over 150 Romanian students enrolled at Harvard, Stanford, Columbia and MIT. Top performing students are supported by some scholarship funds among which the most important is Dinu Patriciu Foundation Scholarship. The Foundation awards 1,000,000 USD/year for new scholarships (master, MBA and doctoral degrees) in addition to the scholarships from the previous years that are renewed. Highly cost-effective

The easily accessible venue corroborated with the times of the different editions (Saturday and Sunday for Bucharest, Tuesday for Cluj-Napoca) allow students, professors and young professionals to attend. Exhibitors have two full days in Bucharest and one day in the NEW regional edition to market their institution's programs to Romanian candidates. Furthermore, they have the opportunity to interact with other guests at the cocktail offered by the organizers on Saturday evening, after the first fair day. The participation costs for the NEW Fall RIUF 2010 Edition will be similar to the ones charged in the now traditional spring event, keeping some of the most accessible fees in the industry. Moreover participation in the NEW regional edition will also bring discounts.
